Job Summary

Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment, accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly to guests
• Explain menu items clearly and offer recommendations to assist guests in making choices
• Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas throughout service
• Address guests’ requests and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with opening and closing tasks to prepare and close the restaurant efficiently
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth daily operations
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and service standards to ensure a safe environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience working in a food and beverage or restaurant environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
• Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced work setting
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude
• Openness to receive training provided for suitable candidates
