Job Summary

Support project execution by coordinating technical and construction requirements, preparing proposals, and managing work progress to meet tender timelines and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inter-department meetings to align project objectives and progress
  • Monitor daily work progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
  • Prepare and plan the Preliminary Program to guide project timelines and milestones
  • Develop technical proposals for client submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Deliver presentations of technical proposals to Top Management and clients to secure approvals
  • Coordinate structural, architectural, and M&E work requirements to ensure integrated project delivery
  • Manage construction work arrangements, sequences, and requirements to optimize workflow
  • Review temporary design and permanent works requirements to ensure safety and compliance
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings to maintain design integrity
  • Interpret construction details across structure, architectural, and M&E disciplines to support execution
  • Identify contractual requirements to ensure project compliance and risk management
  • Assist in problem-solving to address project challenges and maintain progress
  • Manage work within tender timelines to meet client and project deadlines
  • Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to coordinate work requirements and resources

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of on-site construction experience
  • Experience in tender preparation and client presentations
  • Competency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint software
  • Ability to work independently with experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Demonstrated dynamic and self-motivated work approach
