Supervisor

1. Monitor and coordinate construction work to ensure it is carried out according to plans and specifications.

2. Manage Workers and Subcontractors – Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure workers follow instructions.

3. Ensure Safety Compliance – Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct safety briefings, and ensure proper use of PPE.

4. Monitor Work Quality – Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.

5. Track Project Progress – Monitor schedules, report progress, and help ensure deadlines are achieved.

6. Material and Equipment Management – Coordinate the delivery, storage, and proper use of construction materials and equipment.

7. Resolve Site Issues – Identify and address construction problems, delays, or conflicts on site.

8. Maintain Site Records – Keep daily reports, attendance records, work progress updates, and inspection records.

9. Coordinate with Engineers and Management – Communicate site conditions, progress, and requirements to project managers, engineers, and clients.
