YR23- Store Manager | 6 Days| Retail | Min 5 Years Experience

Working Hours: 6-day work week, 44 hours per week
Salary: SGD 4,500 + Team Commission
Location: Paragon
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
- Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
- Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
- Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
- Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
- Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.
