How you will create an impact

Functional Responsibilities:

  • To conduct assessment and process payment for on GL value based claims

  • Administrative works (including but not limited to processing / coordinating / distribution of incoming and outgoing of the claim documents)

  • Assist with entry and updating of key data and information into claims systems, computing of claims, process of payment for claims, recovery claims including digestion

  • Assist to work on KIV files

  • Assist to run reports/claim stats for all stakeholders.

  • Adhoc administrative duties.

  • Demonstrate a high level of competency with the use of systems and e-filing of documentations into electronic folders.

  • Contribute to the team’s success via continuous improvement on claim file handling with feedback and support.

  • Align mindset with the team members to maintain adherence of best practice protocols for claims, consistent with global best practice.

Accountabilities:

  • Accurate data entry and process claim and/or administrative works assigned in timely manner.

  • Effective communication within the team.

  • Adherence to AIG internal claims SOP and global best practice.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum diploma qualification in any fields and basic insurance certifications i.e. BCP and Comm GI.

  • Preferably with administrative experiences

  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal.

  • Time management – ability to manage & prioritise workload and diary management.

  • Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.

  • Ability to work with team

  • Preferably with basic knowledge of legal / regulatory and litigation / procedural requirements for the line of business.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines.
