• Spearhead the technical architecture, feature design, and hands-on coding for enterprise business systems
• Build, develop, and enhance internal information systems and scalable workflow platforms
• Embed AI capabilities into product workflows, ensuring the outputs are understandable, verifiable, and reversible
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, data, product, and engineering teams to transform innovative concepts into practical capabilities
• Drive the exploration of new technologies to boost iteration speed and create long-term value for business expansion.

skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong in Golang
• Proven track record driving large-scale software platforms
• Keen interest in applying AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency, security, and product reliability
• Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin
