Looking for a sales support role with no cold calling or outdoor sales?
Join a manufacturing company as a Sales Coordinator and support the sales team by managing customer orders, quotations and order fulfilment.
What You'll Do
- Process and follow up on customer orders and quotations
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams
- Track deliveries, stock availability and order status
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
- Maintain sales records and documentation
- Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination, internal sales or customer service preferred
- Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
