Senior Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

a. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least 8 years shall be in supervision of works similar in complexity, in particular architectural and fitting out works in major building construction.

b. Possess a Diploma in Architectural or Civil / Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.

c. Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors’ Safety (BCSS)Course.

c. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report.

d. Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.

e. Competent in keeping and maintaining proper and updated site records on the progress of works.

f. Pro-active in resolving and managing site issues with good team spirit.
