Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues reported by users

• Install, configure, and deploy enterprise applications

• Perform software updates, patching, and environment maintenance

• Debug applications and conduct root cause analysis

• Support system performance tuning and optimisation

• Enhance SharePoint solutions and workflow automation

• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting, development, and productivity

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines

• Basic programming knowledge

• Interest in software, systems, and problem-solving

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
