I am currently working with a well-known biotechnology research company. Office located in Woodlands - but there's shuttle bus provided from multiple MRT stations.

Attractive salary package! Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days WFH. Working hours 8am to 5pm. Can end work early and have more personal time. Will need to take 7am calls with US teams.

• Define the technical architecture to modernize and scale an enterprise data platform into a high-performance informatics ecosystem
• Provide architectural leadership and contribute to cross-platform product strategy, technical roadmaps, and global software integrations
• Champion AI-assisted development tools and workflows to enhance engineering capabilities and streamline design processes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams (across US and Europe) to deliver unified, system-level software products
• Elevate technical standards, architectural best practices, and engineering competencies across the local software organization

Requirements:

• Min 12 years of hands-on experience designing complex, large-scale software architecture
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing AI tools within an AI-native software development environment
• Proven track record of architecture deployment on cloud hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with data pipelines, workflow orchestration systems, or large-scale scientific/genomic data environments is a plus
