Associate (Real Estate)

Assist and report to the Investment Manager for our client.

Preparation of investment papers for Investment Committee approval.

Establish tax incentives for newly set-up funds.

Coordinate with external service providers on the acquisition and fund set-up, internal reporting and planning.

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
