Programme Executive (Children Programme)
New Life Community Services
New Life Children Programmes is a specialised service for K2 to P6 children. Our missional purpose is to support children and families in four key areas, reading, numeracy, schoolwork and social-emotional growth so every child can thrive in school and in life.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and committed to partnering parents, volunteers and stakeholders to support each child’s growth and development.
• Plan, coordinate, run and review children programmes and events.
• Track attendance, monitor children’s progress, and review programme outcomes.
• Conduct pre- and post-assessments according to the provided process.
• Prepare a summary report on each child’s progress after every programme run.
• Recruit, brief and support volunteers, including scheduling, communication and follow-ups.
• Build strong working relationships with children, parents/caregivers, volunteers, schools and partner agencies.
• Support programme operations including logistics, materials and safeguarding practices.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Able to work on weekday nights, about 2 to 3 evenings per week.
• Polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree in education, Community Development, Social Work or related field.
• Passion for literacy, numeracy, and community development.
• Service-oriented, passionate about working with children and families.
• Team player, able to take initiative, and adaptable to changes.
• Experience in working with children, and programme management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other basic project management tools.
• Able to work on regular weeknights, and occasional weekends.
• Combination of office-based work, and conduct on-site programme
