Senior Services Consultant – DX NetOps

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DX NetOps Senior Consultant to support the implementation, management, upgrade, migration, and optimisation of Broadcom DX NetOps solutions for enterprise customers.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, supporting network monitoring and service assurance environments while leading upgrade, migration, optimisation, and operational support activities.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Broadcom DX NetOps, network operations, Linux/Windows environments, and enterprise customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Broadcom DX NetOps environments for enterprise customers.
  • Perform DX NetOps version upgrades and platform migrations.
  • Conduct platform health checks, readiness assessments, and technical risk analysis.
  • Develop migration runbooks, implementation plans, and rollback procedures.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Perform system health reviews, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform stability, performance, and observability.
  • Automate upgrades and routine operational activities using scripting or orchestration tools.
  • Support network monitoring, fault management, performance management, flow analysis, observability, and service assurance solutions.
  • Work closely with customers, architects, project managers, and technical support teams throughout implementation and managed-services engagements.
  • Recommend and drive adoption of advanced DX NetOps capabilities and observability best practices.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Broadcom DX NetOps / CA DX NetOps solutions.
  • Experience supporting or implementing enterprise network monitoring and network management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of network operations, monitoring, fault and performance management.
  • Experience with DX NetOps upgrades, migrations, configuration, troubleshooting, or optimisation.
  • Good working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows administration.
  • Experience providing L2/L3 support within enterprise or managed-services environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation for operational activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and multiple technical stakeholders.
