B2B Sales Representative (Entry Level) — 4-Day Week
ELEVATE MARKETING SOLUTIONS
We're a marketing company representing a telecommunications client. We sell their business services to companies across Singapore, face-to-face.
I'm looking for three people to train directly.
How the pay works: read this part
This is a self-employed contractor role. Straight up front:
- Based on a 4 full days a week
- Avg $250 commission per sale, paid in full
- People with no experience earns averagely $2,500–$3,000/month
The Week
4 days, 9am–6pm, from our office at 110 Robinson Road.
- Mornings: In-office training, practice, pitch work
- Afternoons: Client Acquisition
What the work actually is
You'll be meeting business owners in person at their offices, shops, and industrial units.
That means walking in, introducing yourself, and starting a conversation.
To be clear about what it isn't: no residential door-knocking, no roadshows, no booths, very little cold calling.
Progression (6 Months Game Plan )
Trainee → Leader → Team Leader
- Trainee → Leader: hit $800 in commission in a single week. Most people get there in around 2 weeks
Leader isn't a management title, it means you've proven you can sell independently, which is what opens up the team-building track.
- Leader → Team Leader: develop two of your own trainees to Leader, plus one from their team. Averages around two years, because it depends on building people rather than only on your own sales.
Progression is based on performance, not tenure or background.
For context on who you'd be training under: I was promoted in five months. Two people I've trained reached Team Leader in under eight months, one a university student, one a mid-career switcher. Both were well ahead of the two-year average.
Who this suits
1) No experience required, full training provided
2) You're comfortable talking to strangers, or want to become comfortable
3) You can be told no several times a day without it wrecking your afternoon
4) You want to be measured on output rather than hours
Who it doesn't suit
1) Anyone who needs guaranteed income from day one, or who wants to stay behind a desk.
2) Our team is seven, down from thirteen earlier this year, we don't keep people who stop producing.
That cuts both ways, and you should know it before applying.
3) I take a maximum of three trainees at a time, and I train them myself.
Apply here or message me directly.
