About the role

Join a dynamic team as a Human Resources Specialist and contribute to efficient HR operations while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your expertise in HR management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation

• Ensure accurate administration of attendance and leave records

• Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence as needed

• Verify payroll inputs and assist with the monthly payroll process, including salaries and employee payments

• Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of employee records

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate communication

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring that all documentation and orientation are completed

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as transfers, promotions, and offboarding

• Assist in the administration of employment passes and related statutory matters

• Support compliance with Singapore employment regulations

About you

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, or recruitment

• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management

• Familiarity with Singapore employment practices is advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments
