Work Schedule

Choose from the following work arrangements:

• 5-day work week (alternate Saturdays), - 8.30am – 6.00pm, OR
• 6-day work week (includes either Saturday or Sunday) 9.30am – 6.00pm

Working hours are rostered based on operational requirements.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist members of the public with a warm and professional attitude.
• Provide guidance on digital and self-service platforms.
• Respond to general enquiries and deliver quality customer service.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service experience.
• Support day-to-day centre operations, events and administrative activities.
• Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment by reporting incidents when required.

What We're Looking For

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using digital devices and learning new systems.
• Able to stand and move around for extended periods during the course of work.
