Key Account Manager – FMCG

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary: $4,500 – $6,500/month

Monday–Friday. 9:00am–6:30pm

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage key accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

- Lead and coordinate merchandisers, ensuring stock availability and effective product displays.

- Plan and execute trade promotions & marketing activities.

- Analyze sales, inventory and offtake data for forecasting and sales optimization.

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree or equivalent.

- 3–5 years of Key Account / Sales experience, preferably within FMCG.

- Strong account management, business development and customer relationship skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Ideal candidates: KAM / Sales / Business Development professionals with experience managing FMCG retail, supermarket, convenience, pharmacy or modern-trade accounts.
