Your Role as a Community Outreach Coordinator

As a charity ambassador, you will:

• Represent and raise awareness for established charitable organizations

• Engage the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations

• Share the mission and impact of charitable causes

• Build meaningful connections while creating positive public experiences

• Encourage individuals to support causes they care about

• Participate in charity campaigns, events, and community outreach activities

• Develop your communication, leadership, confidence, and interpersonal skills

No Experience? No Problem.

You don’t need previous charity or sales experience to get started.

We provide structured onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.You’ll work alongside experienced team leaders who will support you throughout your journey — from your first day to your future career progression.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• 18 and above

• Able to communicate confidently in English

• Passionate about making a positive difference

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with the public

• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to learn and take feedback

• Comfortable with outdoor and field-based work

• Positive, motivated, and able to work well in a team

• Interested in developing leadership and professional skills

Fresh graduates, entry-level candidates, and interns are welcome.

Start Date: Immediate / Within 1–2 weeks

Income: $3,000 – $4,000 per month
