Project Manager - AI

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage delivery of AI, data and digital transformation projects from POC through production.
• Work with business and technical teams to define scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate Agile delivery, testing, production readiness and post-deployment activities.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Support project governance, reporting and compliance requirements.

SKILLS NEEDED

• 5–7 years of experience in technology or digital transformation project delivery.
• Experience delivering AI, data, automation or digital projects.
• Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs, data pipelines and AI delivery concepts.
• Understanding of data privacy, PDPA and responsible AI principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office.
• Vendor management experience is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
