Employment Agent / Sales Consultant – MDW

Attend to employer enquiries and walk-in customers

Understand employers’ household requirements

Recommend suitable FDW candidates

Conduct candidate screening and interviews

Arrange employer-helper interviews

Follow up with employers and close placements

Explain package pricing, fees and agency services

Handle job confirmation and deposit collection

Coordinate with overseas partners and suppliers

Follow up on MOM applications and documentation

Coordinate helper arrival, medical check-up, SIP/orientation and deployment

Manage post-placement follow-up and replacement cases

Maintain accurate case records and follow up on pending cases
