· Deliver lessons in an engaging and dynamic manner, based on our curriculum and pedagogy

· Develop lesson materials and provide feedback to help students achieve visible improvement in academic results

· Engage students and help them realis their potential

· Help students with after-school work

· Assist center manager with daily operations
