General Worker (Skilled – Electrical / Maintenance Works)

Salary: SGD 1,900 per month

Work Location: Various project sites across Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a General Worker with relevant technical skills to support our construction, renovation, and maintenance works at various project sites across Singapore.

The successful candidate will assist our site team with general works and skilled tasks, particularly in electrical and related building works.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with general site, renovation and maintenance works
• Carry out basic electrical installation and maintenance works
• Assist with installation of electrical fittings, fixtures, conduits, cables and related items
• Assist skilled workers and supervisors with daily site activities
• Handle tools, equipment and construction materials properly
• Carry out loading, unloading and movement of materials when required
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness at the worksite
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, including work progress, activities carried out and relevant site updates
• Take site photos and maintain basic records of completed works when required
• Report any site issues, defects or safety concerns to the Supervisor
• Follow workplace safety procedures and site requirements
• Perform other general or technical duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Candidates with electrical, maintenance, renovation or construction-related skills are preferred
• Relevant hands-on working experience will be an advantage
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Able to prepare basic daily site reports
• Willing to work at different project locations across Singapore
• Physically fit and able to perform site-related duties
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Non-smoker
• Must meet the applicable requirements to work in Singapore

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,900 per month
• Overtime, allowances and other benefits, where applicable, will be in accordance with company policy and employment terms
