Marketing Executive (Retail & Wellness)

We are a fast-growing company in the retail and wellness sector, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer experiences. With expansion plans ahead, we are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our team.

Job Scope

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Recommend, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and social media to reach target audiences effectively.
• Content Creation: Create compelling content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• SEO & SEM: Assist in implementing SEO and paid advertising strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI.
• Brand Management: Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics for campaign performance and overall brand reach. Use insights to optimize future campaigns. Update daily Sales Tracker and Customer Database
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and coordinate partnership opportunities, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
• 1–3 years experience (Fresh grads welcome)
• Creative, proactive, and able to multitask
• Experience in retail/beauty/wellness is a plus
