Experience in cooking South indian dishes and also Malay dishes.

Ability to follow SOP’s and detailed recipes.

Team player and excellent service skills.

Ordering of raw materials and ingredients and maintain stock balance.

Ensure personal / food hygiene and safety requirements.

Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment.

Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
