Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate robots to scan and mapping of area, including identifying area layouts and features.
- Set up robots at new locations, making sure they are properly installed and ready to operate.
- Carry out basic checks and troubleshooting when the robot has operational problems.
- Train customers on how to use the robot on a day-to-day basis and perform basic maintenance.
- Report or escalate more serious technical problems to the appropriate technical team.
- Travel to different sites around Singapore to support robot installations, testing, and deployments.
- Entry Level is welcomed
- Comfortable working in restroom environments.
- Willing to do hands-on deployment and installation work.
- Can perform day shifts and night shift work
- Willing to travel to different deployment locations throughout Singapore.
- Has technician, installation, maintenance, or other hands-on experience as an advantage.
