This role is working with an established financial technology organization that develops modern digital platforms. They are focused on creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile ecosystems.

About Job

• Shape and refine end-to-end digital experiences for web, iOS, and Android applications.

• Translate product strategy into wireframes, user journeys, process maps, and high-fidelity interface designs.

• Establish, maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems and visual standards.

• Identify usability friction points and continuously optimize the platform's user experience based on feedback.

• Partner closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to present and defend design solutions.

• Incorporate AI workflows to accelerate visual exploration, content drafting, and iterative design tasks.

Requirements

• Strong background in digital product design with an impressive, demonstrable UI/UX portfolio.

• Expert proficiency in standard interface design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma.

• Hands-on familiarity working within Agile/Scrum environments and project management suites like Notion.

• Sharp eye for layout, typography, and pixel-perfect design accuracy.

• Exposure to motion/visual tools ( Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Jitter) is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of front-end tech ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for rapid prototyping is a plus.
