In this role, you will support in settingup and conducting tests, analyzing data, troubleshooting equipment and productissues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closelywith cross-functional teams to help ensure product quality, equipmentreliability, and operational excellence while contributing to a collaborativeand innovative manufacturing environment.
In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be
· Address production redlights & performproduct failure analysis and product troubleshooting for all test-relatedfailures.
· Diagnose and resolve tester-related issues,including troubleshooting at the circuit board component level, to ensuretimely equipment
· Perform troubleshooting & root causeidentification to resolve tester-related issues. Including troubleshooting atthe circuit board component level and ensuring timely equipment resolution.
· Support test data collection, analysis &yield improvement.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenanceactivities for test equipment and test stations.
· Support test-related improvements and new teststation setups.
· Develop, maintain, and update manufacturingprocedures and related documentation including Risk Assessments (RA),Lockout/Tagout procedures (LOTO), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and EquipmentSafety Requirements (ESR) for test processes.
· Partner with Engineer to resolvenon-conforming electrical components and assemblies.
· Coordinate and perform in-house calibrationactivities, work with external calibration providers, and maintain calibrationrecords for test equipment.
· Supports the implementation of GMSrequirements and standards.
· Contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives and perform additional responsibilities to support business needs.

For This Role, You Will Need
· Experience in common lab test equipmentoperation like multi-meter, power supplies, and oscilloscope.
· Knowledge of subassembly and circuit boardfunctional testing processes.
· Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures upto the circuit board component level.
· Strong teamwork, communication(written/verbal), presentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledgeable in PLC, Automation skills, PowerBI or programming skills will be an added advantage.
· Soldering skills are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart
· Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineeringor any related field
· 3 years of related manufacturing experience
