Student Management Executive (Discipline Support)

Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted Public Holidays
- Note: Manpower services are not required during year-end school holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Investigative & Case Support: Conduct preliminary investigations, conduct fact-finding interviews for minor school incidents, record statements, and compile structured reports (p. 14).
- Detention Supervision: Manage students assigned to the Behavioural Detention Class (BDC) or Corrective Work Order (CWO) from Tuesdays to Fridays, ensuring tasks remain meaningful and developmental.
- In-House Suspension Support: Coordinate learning continuity with form teachers for students serving internal suspensions or who are found missing from class.
- Administrative Operations: Manage data entry for student offences, track late-coming statistics, generate weekly/monthly discipline logs, and maintain extreme data confidentiality (p. 14).
- Stakeholder Management: Update parents and relevant school key personnel on case investigation milestones and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a uniformed service background (e.g., Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, or equivalent)
- Investigation Domain: Documented exposure to youth-related case investigations or youth mentorship is highly critical
- Technical Capabilities: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace collaborative tools for data compilation
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven experience in restorative practices and behavioral intervention frameworks
- Attributes: Possess a calm, objective disposition when handling challenging student dynamics, alongside an ability to work independently or collaborate within teams
