- Request and compare quotations from suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Coordinate with project and site teams on material requirements
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain purchasing records and supplier information
Requirements
- Relevant purchasing experience in the construction industry
- Familiar with construction materials and suppliers in Singapore
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Responsible and well-organised
