Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to drive business planning, operational improvements, and strategic development by partnering with the management team to enhance performance and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on business strategy and operational planning to support company growth
• Review and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements
• Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and enhance overall business performance
• Lead and contribute to business development initiatives and strategic projects to achieve organizational goals
• Analyze operational and business challenges and deliver practical, data-driven recommendations for resolution
• Partner with senior management on ad-hoc business and management issues to provide timely solutions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in business management, consulting, operations, or related fields
• Proven experience in business management, consulting, or operations roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through practical business recommendations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment
