Creative Designer – Presentations & Pitch Books

• Produce high-quality presentations across formats — conceptual and layout design, video and photo editing, data visualization, charts, infographics, and icons
• Transform raw content into visually engaging, polished slides
• Work within a fast-paced, 24/7 graphics and presentations team producing pitch book materials and marketing collateral for a leading financial institution
• Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators and/or the Creative Director on design projects
• Support pitch book production using MS Office, offering conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials
• Liaise directly with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually
• Adapt quickly across different presentation purposes and shifting requirements
• Ensure all work adheres to brand and style guidelines, targeting 100% accuracy against brief
• Organize workload effectively to consistently meet deadlines
• Proactively bring forward creative ideas and emerging design trends aligned with business objectives
• Take detailed client specifications and work briefs, documenting instructions clearly for global design teams
• Ensure smooth handovers with Presentations colleagues and other design teams
• Escalate staff or client issues in a timely manner
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
