About the Role

Guest Experience Crews are responsible for daily operations — preparing the space, hosting guests through their sessions, and maintaining the studio. This is a service/ operations role in a creative environment. You'll be stocking paint, resetting stations between sessions, and engaging with guests. Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is a plus — training will be provided. Trained crew take on shifts independently, so you need to be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working on your own.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the studio before sessions: stock paint, set up canvases, clean tools and equipment
• Welcome guests, explain the experience, and run live demonstrations
• Monitor sessions and assist guests
• Reset and clean stations between bookings
• Restock supplies throughout the shift
• Opening and/or closing shift prep and clean-ups

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced service environment
• People-oriented — able to make small talk with guests and help them have fun (if you're an introvert but want to learn to be more open, this might be for you — we have training for that!)
• Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule
• No art background required — you'll learn how our art works and provide soft guidance to guests

Schedule

We are currently looking for permanent part-time crew who can take a regular weekly shift 3 days per week (Weekend + 1 Weekday)

• You enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. Our guests range from first-time painters to corporate groups to families celebrating birthdays. You make all of them feel welcome.
• You take initiatives and enjoys service. Our operations work include stocking up of paint cups, resetting stations.
• You can work independently. After training, you are able to run your shifts independently.
