HRBP/Human Resources Manager

Main Responsibilities

• HR: Full spectrum of human resources (HR), including but not limited to payroll, talent management, recruitment and selection, manpower and budget planning, comp and ben, new-hires’ onboarding,resignees’ offboarding, HR administrative paperwork. Coordinate on consistency of policies, ensuring adherence to HQ as well. Full payroll for Singapore employees using HREasily payroll and leave system. Handle monthly CPF submission, FWL payment. Handle full work pass application, renewal, issuance,cancellation. Government survey completion. Assist in HR audit including payroll audit and statutory audit.

• Business Partnering: Work with Game Producers on rapid prototyping of casual game titles. Researching various competitors’ games and comparison of their performance such as DAU (daily active users), download rate per month etc, monitor updates and discuss with Producers. Discuss with and feedback to Producers after play-testing to improve on game engagement and core loop, as well as after external market tests.

• Office Operations: Manage and ensure the smooth running and daily operations of the whole Singapore office. To handle upcoming major office relocation in mid-2027, Tenancy Agreement, liaise with Office Building Management on aircon maintenance, fire drill matters etc, managing inventory and purchase of office and pantry supplies.

• Main liaison person (Key PIC) between Singapore and China (Beijing) office (Finance, IT, Legal, Admin, HR compensation & benefits, HRBPs) of policies for Singapore office.

• Company Events & School Sponsorships: To organize, lead, and host annual Century Games’s game jam event for 60 to 100 jammers.

• Insurance (Handle company general insurance, group H&S medical insurance, FWMI, WICA)

• IT-related and security issue such as hardware and software purchase, request China's IT to add/remove emails, access,issue laptop and assets to new employees and handle offboarding to collect back the assets when they resign.

• Any other adhoc HR, Admin, Office matters

• At least 5 to 10 years of HRBP experience with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on full local payroll execution experience and 3 to 5 years in office management (hands-on office renovation, reinstatement).

• Strong knowledge of the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Employment Act, including employment laws, employee rights, and compliance requirements.

• In-depth understanding of IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) taxation matters, including payroll taxregulations, employee tax submissions, and related compliance.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with employees, management, and external agencies.

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

• Strong analytical skills to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

• Must be able to communicate both English and Mandarin fluently with overseas colleagues based in China.
