Trade Execution Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of trades across designated markets, working closely with Portfolio Managers, brokers, and Operations to achieve efficient execution and maintain strong trading controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor market conditions, liquidity, pricing, and execution quality.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, brokers, custodians, and Operations.
• Monitor open orders, trade confirmations, and settlement status.
• Ensure trades comply with investment mandates, limits, and internal policies.
• Identify and resolve trade discrepancies, errors, and settlement issues.
• Maintain accurate trade records and reporting.
• Support broker performance and execution-quality reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in trade execution, dealing, trading operations, or investment management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading processes.
• Experience with trading/order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
