Senior Human Resource Executive

Our group of companies seeks an experienced senior HR executive to lead our people function from strategy and compliance to the day-to-day that keeps a growing organisation running smoothly. You'll own HR end-to-end, working closely with leadership to build a workplace where people want to stay and do their best work.

What You'll Do

HR Strategy & Policy

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.

Talent & Performance

  • Own end-to-end recruitment and retention strategy across all levels of staff.
  • Lead performance management, employee appraisals, and career development initiatives.
  • Drive organisational development, change management, and employee engagement programs.

Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely CPF contributions and other statutory submissions.
  • Administer benefits and maintain HRIS systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee end-to-end work pass administration — applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals for EP, S Pass, Work Permit, and Dependent's Pass via the Ministry of Manpower's WPOL and EP Online portals.
  • Track and manage foreign worker quota.

Employee Relations & Reporting

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Manage HR metrics and reporting to support leadership decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum).
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience and kindness.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Growth mentality to develop professionally along side the organisation.
