Associate Engineer Yield Enhancement Defect (GRIT Traineeship)

This position is a Shift Role (12 Hour) who need to work Day/Night Shift rotating by month. Trainee need to learn basic MES system operation and Defect Review images classification.

1) Defect Images Classification Review

2) Operate Sem Review Tool

3) Basic SiView MES operation

4) Create Metrology Recipe

Requirement

1) Able to handle routine tasks to defect review and classify

2) Able to dispose lots based on the classification pareto

3) Able to create metrology recipe creation
