Manager/Assistant Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Public Healthcare)

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with strong stakeholder engagement, partnership development and project management skills to drive initiatives that strengthen community care and social-health integration.

What to expect:

• Develop and implement community care initiatives that support social-health integration and address emerging health and social care needs.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, community organisations and other external partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagements to understand needs, align priorities and bring multiple parties together towards shared outcomes.
• Manage projects and pilot programmes from planning through implementation, tracking progress, risks and key deliverables.
• Evaluate initiatives and identify improvements, including opportunities to enhance or scale successful programmes.
• Support strategy and management reporting through research, workplans, presentations, briefing papers and reports.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, project/programme management, community engagement, business development, strategy or related areas.
• Strong track record of working across multiple organisations, departments or agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment, while collaborating effectively with others.
