About the Role

At Urban Mix, our Salad Bowl Makers (Urban Mixers) are at the heart of what we do. You’ll be preparing fresh, made-to-order bowls, supporting the kitchen, and delivering friendly service even during busy hours.

What You’ll Do

As a Salad Bowl Maker (Service)

• Prepare salad bowls based on customer selections
• Serve customers in a friendly, approachable manner
• Handle queues efficiently during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and good personal hygiene at all times
• Support basic food preparation when needed

As Kitchen Crew

• Assist with food preparation and cooking
• Follow recipes, portioning, and food safety standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well-stocked
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and service-oriented
• Quick, efficient, and able to handle long queues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of cleanliness and personal hygiene
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Food Safety and Hygiene certification is a plus
