Senior Operations Manager (3PL)

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for site operations, including warehouse management, workflow optimization, facility planning, and automation initiatives.
- Drive cost optimization through effective spend management, reviewing overtime, third-party expenses, and operational efficiency improvements
- Act as the primary operational and commercial liaison for customers, supporting contract renewals and business expansion opportunities.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation projects to improve productivity, operational performance, and service quality.
- Manage site P&L, budgeting, resource planning, and approval of operational expenditures within assigned authority limits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements while overseeing manpower planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce performance management.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in 3PL Operations
- Multiple roles - Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager
