Headquartered in Nanjing, China, Qmove is an overseas logistics technology platform invested in and operated by Full Truck Alliance (NYSE: FTA), a leading publicly listed digital freight platform.
Leveraging digital technology, Qmove has built an intelligent freight platform that connects shippers with truck drivers, enabling efficient order matching and seamless online transactions. The company’s operations currently span multiple countries and regions, including Indonesia, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt, with a vision to build a global digital logistics ecosystem.
Qmove is a wholly owned subsidiary of Full Truck Alliance’s international business and operates independently. The company currently has over 400 employees, including more than 100 employees in China and over 300 employees overseas.
Türkiye is currently the company’s primary market. Looking ahead, Qmove plans to expand into more cities and work towards achieving a daily order volume of 10,000 orders.
Singapore is expected to serve as a regional business hub and central support center for Qmove’s international operations, supporting the company’s continued global expansion.
1. Conduct legal and compliance research and develop solutions in support of the platform’s market expansion and business operations in target countries, providing professional legal advice to support business strategy and decision-making.
2. Provide comprehensive, end-to-end legal support for the platform’s day-to-day operations, compliance management, corporate governance, regulatory communications, and other related matters in target countries.
3. Assist in handling various emergencies and adverse events, including local employee relations matters, complex customer complaints, public opinion and reputational issues, and other unforeseen incidents. Provide professional legal assessments and practical solutions, and continuously optimize business processes through case reviews and lessons learned.
4. Continuously monitor and conduct research on legal, regulatory, and regulatory policy developments in target countries. Coordinate and manage external legal counsel and business partners.
5. Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial cooperation agreements, platform rules, and other contractual and legal documents.
6. Develop and issue compliance guidelines, provide compliance training and risk awareness programs for business teams, and enhance overall compliance awareness across the organization.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or a related discipline from a reputable university, with at least 1 year of relevant legal experience in an internet platform, law firm, or multinational corporation.
2. Strong interest in technology, innovation, and business, with experience and the ability to independently identify, assess, address, and manage legal and compliance risks across multi-country projects.
3. Fluent in Chinese, with the ability to use English as a working language. Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
4. Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
5. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
