HR Officer, People Experience (1 year contract)

Job Purpose

As a HR officer, People Experience, you will support the recruitment pre-onboarding and ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle and oversee day to day People Experience operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute pre-onboarding and Day 1 onboarding activities, ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Facilitate Day 1 briefings for new hires, providing guidance on HR processes, company policies and available employee support channels.
  • Process and administer Work Permit/Pass applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain employee documentation and HR records, ensuring timely completion, accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities, including transfers, contract extensions, employment changes and offboarding.
  • Track outstanding cases and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on HR operational matters and employee-related enquiries.
  • Guide and support employees on HR processes, system transactions and day-to-day enquiries.
  • Review and maintain data accuracy and compliance with established HR policies and processes.
  • Support and contribute to process improvements, system enhancements and HR projects.
  • Perform other HR operational duties and ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications & WorkExperience

· Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a relateddiscipline.

· Preferably at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or HR Administration.

· Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in Human Resources are welcome to apply.

Skills

Technicalskills include

· Experience in onboarding, employee lifecycle management and HR system transactions.

· Hands-on experience in Work Permit/Employment Pass administration and compliance matters will be anadvantage.

· Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g.SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office applications.

Generic skills include

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information accurately.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees and stakeholders.

· Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive, customer-oriented andservice-focused mindset.
