- Expertise across IT infrastructure domains (networks, cloud, service management, automation, etc.).
- Strong knowledge with ITIL, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks.
- Proven leadership in managing complex, medium to large-scale IT Infrastructure services
- Managing cloud-hosted and virtualized infrastructure environments, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) platforms.
- Experience with cloud-delivered security platforms including Zscaler (ZCC, ZIA, and ZPA), CrowdStrike Falcon and cloud governance controls supporting secure access, Zero Trust principles and endpoint protection.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS and GCP cloud environments, cloud sandbox platforms and cloud-hosted AI solutions.
- Driving infrastructure automation, operational efficiency, scalability, resilience, business continuity and service governance across enterprise environments.
- Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned cloud transformation initiatives.
