Your Role

As a Charity Collector, you’ll help create positive interactions between charitable organisations and the wider community.

Your responsibilities include:

• Represent charitable organisations professionally at campaigns, events, and outreach activities
• Engage with members of the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations
• Raise awareness and communicate the mission and impact of charitable causes
• Listen to questions and concerns and provide clear, accurate information
• Deliver professional and positive experiences during outreach activities
• Build trust and meaningful relationships with members of the community
• Support charity campaigns, promotional activities, and public engagement initiatives
• Gather feedback and insights to support future outreach strategies
• Develop your skills in communication, customer service, relationship management, teamwork, and leadership

No Experience? We’ll Train You.

You don’t need previous experience to get started.

Whether you’re a fresh graduate, intern, or entering your first customer-facing role, you’ll receive structured training and ongoing support to help you develop.
