Experience & Skills / Job Responsibilities
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, with a proven track record in large-scale HVAC, BMS/BAS/CCMS upgrades, controls integration or modernization projects.
- HVAC certifications and project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, sequences of operation, testing and commissioning.
- Lead and coordinate the CCMS modernization programme across CLIENT in a live operational environment.
- Plan and manage BMS/BAS/CCMS upgrade and migration activities from design through operational handover.
- Coordinate DDC controller migration, controls integration, testing, commissioning, defect rectification and cutover planning while minimizing disruption to live operations.
- Review control architecture, points lists, network topology, sequences of operation, method statements, testing plans and commissioning records.
- Coordinate integration using BACnet and Modbus protocols and Niagara N4 platforms, including interfaces with HVAC equipment and relevant third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with BMS/BAS/CCMS, DDC migration, system integration, commissioning and operational handover.
- Working knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and Niagara N4 platforms.
- Basic understanding of TAB principles for commissioning, troubleshooting, performance verification and system optimization.
- Apply practical HVAC systems and controls knowledge to support troubleshooting, functional performance testing, optimization and acceptance of completed works.
- Awareness of OT cybersecurity principles and coordination requirements for connected building systems.
- Work closely with Facilities, Operations, IT, OT cybersecurity, consultants, system integrators, vendors and contractors to manage dependencies, access, risks and approvals.
- Ensure proper operational readiness and handover, including as-built documentation, backups, licenses, training, O&M manuals, test records, outstanding defects and support arrangements.
- Maintain programme schedules, risk and issue registers, change control, cost tracking, progress reporting and stakeholder communications for concurrent workstreams.
- Ensure contractors comply with CLIENT safety, permit-to-work, cybersecurity and live-site operational requirements.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors and contractors in a live, business-critical operational environment.
- Project management skills, including budget management, scheduling and resource allocation.
- A capable leader with integrity, passion, knowledge and drive for improvements.
- Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite applications is a prerequisite.
- Knowledge of accounting/financial applications and web applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Able to manage/execute multiple projects concurrently with minimum supervision.
