Project Partnership Executive – Carpentry & Renovation

SR Carpentry & Renovation Pte. Ltd. is seeking individuals who can help develop new project opportunities and build business connections within Singapore’s renovation and interior industry.

We welcome candidates with strong networks, industry contacts, customer connections, or experience dealing with homeowners, Interior Designers, property professionals, contractors, and renovation-related businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential renovation and carpentry opportunities.
• Introduce homeowners, Interior Designers, contractors, property agents, and business contacts to the company.
• Develop new project leads through personal and professional networks.
• Support initial customer introductions and project discussions.
• Build long-term business relationships with referral partners and industry contacts.
• Assist with project follow-up where required.

Preferred Profile

• Good network in Singapore
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interior Design, Property, Renovation, Construction, or Sales background is an advantage
• Able to identify and introduce new business opportunities
• Renovation experience is preferred but not compulsory

Incentive

Performance-based incentive or commission will be offered for successfully confirmed projects.
