Client Service Manager – Corporate Services

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our Singapore team.

This is a client-facing role responsible for managing clients after the sales and contract-signing stage, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the service delivery journey.

You will work closely with our internal corporate secretarial, accounting & tax, immigration, banking and operations teams to ensure that client projects are delivered smoothly, professionally and on time.

You will also assist clients with their ongoing needs in Singapore, including EP renewals, relocation and settlement matters, and coordinate with our local partners and service providers where required.

In addition to service delivery, you will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, identifying additional needs and introducing relevant services across the Group.

The ideal candidate is highly client-oriented, commercially minded, organised and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after contract signing.
  • Conduct client onboarding and clearly explain service processes, requirements and expected timelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
  • Understand client concerns, manage expectations and coordinate solutions when issues arise.
  • Attend client meetings in Singapore where required.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, senior management and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients after initial service completion and support their evolving business and personal needs in Singapore.

Service Delivery & ProjectCoordination

  • Take ownership of the overall client service delivery journey.
  • Coordinate internally with Corporate Secretarial, Accounting & Tax, Immigration, Banking and Operations teams.
  • Track project milestones, outstanding documents, internal actions and client deliverables.
  • Ensure services are delivered according to agreed timelines and service standards.
  • Proactively identify potential delays or issues and coordinate the appropriate internal resources to resolve them.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently while maintaining service quality.
  • Assist with the coordination of Employment Pass renewals and other ongoing immigration-related services.
  • Support clients with their relocation and settlement needs in Singapore, and coordinate with relevant local partners and service providers where required.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services that require local third-party support.
  • Follow up on outstanding client 2 requirements and ensure that projects progress through to completion.

Cross-Selling & AccountDevelopment

  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, structure and ongoing requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional Group services, including:

o Singapore PR applications

o Corporate and personal bank account opening

o Payroll and HR outsourcing support

o Family Office and related advisory services

o Overseas corporate structuring and international expansion services

o Other relevant professional services offered by the Group

  • Work with the relevant internal specialists to convert identified opportunities into additional business.
  • Contribute towards assigned cross-selling and account-development targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a customer service, client relationship, account management or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong client service and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Comfortable communicating with business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients and multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify client needs and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Able to work under pressure and take ownership of client issues through to resolution.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, follow-up and service ownership.
  • Good understanding of Singapore corporate services such as company incorporation, corporate secretarial, accounting & tax, immigration, HR/payroll or banking will be an advantage.
  • Candidates who are familiar with serving Chinese-speaking entrepreneurs and businesses expanding into Singapore will have an advantage.
