Job Summary

You will install, maintain, and repair various building products such as cabinets, insulation, tile, and drywall. You will conduct inspections to identify repairs, document work accurately, and ensure tools and equipment are kept in safe operating condition.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, insulation, tile, drywall, doors, and windows to meet building specifications
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition to ensure reliable and safe use
• Perform repair work following established safety best practices to protect yourself and others
• Conduct building inspections to identify and assess needed repairs for maintenance planning
• Document repairs and maintain thorough records to track work completed and materials used
• Cut, shape, and alter materials accurately to fit specific installation or repair requirements
• Measure and mark materials precisely to guide alterations and installations
