Join Kidmando’s high-performance youth sports program, working alongside World Rugby-certified coaches to develop athlete pathways from grassroots multisports to international rugby tours and scholarships. Build a long-term career in sports coaching and management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with World Rugby-certified coaches and strength & conditioning specialists to deliver high-standard youth sports training programs
• Develop and implement coaching strategies that shape athlete pathways from grassroots multisports to international rugby tours and US university scholarships
• Demonstrate coaching skills, energy, and ability to connect with athletes during practical working interviews on the field
• Contribute to a professional, high-performance environment focused on long-term career growth in sports coaching, operations, and management
• Uphold and promote a winning culture by maintaining world-class standards in training, competition, and team collaboration
• Participate in international tours and competitive events to support athlete development and team success
