HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL (HSE) OFFICER

Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Environmental Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Relevant Singapore-recognised Workplace Safety and Health qualifications.

Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM, where required for the workplace or project.

Relevant certifications such as Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health, Specialist Diploma in WSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent will be advantageous.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the construction, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical, or industrial sector.

Good knowledge of Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health legislation and environmental requirements.

Familiar with risk assessments, safe work procedures, incident investigations, permit-to-work systems, and emergency-response procedures.

Able to prepare professional HSE reports and maintain proper documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.

Strong communication, leadership, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, subcontractors, clients, and government authorities.

Willing to work at different project sites and perform site inspections.

Able to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.

Candidates with a valid Class 3 driving licence may have an added advantage.
