We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Gifts Packer to ensure our final product presentation matches the exceptional quality of our brand.

Role Overview

As a Gifts Packer, you play a crucial role in creating a flawless unboxing experience for our customers. You will be responsible for carefully wrapping and packaging delicate, premium items to our exact brand standards. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 1 to 2 days per week, making it ideal for someone seeking flexible, focused work.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully pack, wrap, and secure high-end gift items, homeware, and delicate products.
• Assemble premium gift boxes, line cartons, and precisely arrange packaging materials such as custom tissue, padding, and ribbons.
• Perform strict quality control checks on all items prior to packing to ensure no defects or blemishes.
• Sort and organize outgoing orders efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing work station.
• Monitor packaging material inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
• (Some times) Assist with customer service.

Requirements

• A meticulous eye for detail and a strong appreciation for aesthetic presentation.
• Previous experience in gift wrapping, retail packing, or handling luxury/boutique goods is highly advantageous.
• Gentle and nimble handling skills to safely manage delicate and premium items.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting of packed boxes.
• Available to commit to 1 to 2 days a week (working days can be discussed).

Working Arrangements

• Commitment: 1 to 2 days per week (Part-Time)
• Location: 6A Shenton Way, OUE Downtown Gallery

• Hourly Rate: $15/hour
